  • Donations of money to charity
  • Fair market value of donations of property to charity
  • Volunteer expenses and mileage
  • Amounts paid for higher education
  • Job related expenses
  • Child care provider's name, address, social security number, and amount paid
  • Cancelled checking/savings slip (for direct deposit/direct debit information)
  • Gambling losses (up to amount of winnings)
  • Unreimbursed employee/work-related expenses (if self-employed, do not include item reported on Schedule C)
